• Like-for-Like Removal – We can only remove and recycle a mattress when a new mattress of the same size is purchased from us like a 5ft king mattress for a new 5ft king mattress.
• Mattress Condition – Mattresses must be dry and clean. If a mattress is wet, damp, or excessively dirty, the delivery driver will be unable to take it. Please contact customer care for a refund of the recycling service fee.
• Clear Access Route – Ensure the delivery team has a clear, unobstructed path from the room to the road, allowing for safe removal.
