Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

30-Day Cooling Off: Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your online order within 30 days of delivery.

Exclusions: This right does not apply to customized/bespoke items or mattresses that have been unsealed.

Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in its original packaging and "as new" condition.

Accuracy & Stock

Variations: Small variations in colour (due to screen settings) or natural wood grain/leather markings are not considered defects.

Out of Stock: If an item is unavailable after payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Payments & Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent transactions, all refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This includes all gift cards or prepaid cards. No exceptions will be made.

Damaged / Defective Goods

Please inspect your items immediately. Any shortages or visible damage must be reported via email to our customer care team within 24 hours of the items being collected from our store. Please email [email protected] with all relevant information.

Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations of customized or special "pre-order" items once production or the procurement process has commenced.
