To ensure a speedy removal and recycling of your old furniture please follow the below:

• This service is only available within 20kms of your nearest store.
• The sofa being recycled must be the same size or smaller when purchasing a new sofa. 
• The sofa cannot be recycled if it is wet, damp or dirty. The delivery driver will refuse to take it.
• The removal and recycle options are only available on a like-for-like basis. When matching product is purchased from us i.e. we can remove sofa when a sofa is purchased but not a wardrobe.
• Any furniture with storage due for removal and recycling, must be emptied of all contents before delivery of your new products.
• Please check the delivery route the team will take from the room to road ensuring there are no physical restrictions that would prevent access by the delivery vehicle or the product, if it can not be disassembled in your house.
• Please check there is no difficulty in removing your old sofas i.e. narrow doorways, narrow passages, awkward corners, etc. If there is, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
